Under 5s Britische und Schweizer Videos präsentiert von'39' (London) und K3 Mit KIOSK von Köfer/ Hess British and swiss videos presented by '39' (London) and K3 With Kiosk by Köfer / Hess Under 5’s@K3 is not the first collaboration between K3 and John Strutton, Alan Miller from 39 London ( www.39london.com ) There were the almost legendary appearences of the ‘Band of Nod’ and several cooperations with K3 shows since 2002. On this occasion the Brits give an insight in contemporary British video art. They present a show Reel with a seleciton of works from their two previous under 5’s events at 39. Including works by Bob & Roberta Smith, Effie Gibson, Matt Calderwood, Louise Camrass, Dan Kennedy Martin, Dominique Golden, Marcelle Price and contributions by John Strutton and Alan Miller themselves. From Switzerland K3 have invited Daniel Schibli, Philipp Winniger, Susanne Hofer, Yuri A and Irene Weingartner to join the show reel. To complement the K3-cinema, KIOSK by Höfer / Hess have been invited with their collection of artist multiples and other nice things. Last but not least: K3 Bar with Stephan, starting 7pm until open end. Es ist nicht das erste mal, dass K3 gemeinsame Sache mit John Strutton und Alan Miller vom Projektraum '39' in London macht. Bereits bei den schon legendären Zürcher Auftritten der Londoner Performancegruppe 'Band of Nod' und anlässlich verschiedener K3-Ausstellungen kam es zu einer fruchtbaren Kooperation. Diesmal geben die Engländer einen Einblick in neuere englische Videokunst. Wir zeigen ausgewählte Arbeiten anlässlich eines Show Reels, darunter Bob & Roberta Smith, Effie Gibson, Matt Calderwood, Louise Camrass, Dan Kennedy Martin, Dominique Golden, Marcelle Price sowie von John Strutton und Alan Miller selber. Aus der Schweiz kommen Arbeiten von Daniel Schibli, Philipp Winniger, Susanne Hofer, Irene Weingartner und Yuri A. ... und was wäre ein Kino ohne den klassischen Kiosk!
