The Budget Bureau is a new project space connected to K3 which aims to explore and show projects which are concerned with language & Communication through all areas of the visual arts. With a full programme planned along side K3’s main space at the Maag Areal, we also aim to host a number of residencies during 2003/4. Abigail Reynolds (London) will be our first artist, March-April 2003.
